Everyone loves pasta. The preference mostly comes with the kind of sauce they serve, but it is one of the best relaxing foods out there. Some pasta dishes are complicated and the cooking time is long. Classic Aglio E Olio

what do you need:

Half a kilogram of pasta noodles
10 garlic cloves, sliced
Half a cup of extra virgin olive oil
A quarter cup of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta on a dent dish, according to the packaging instructions. Put garlic and olive oil in a skillet and cook mixture over medium low heat, stirring until the garlic becomes golden. When ready, add the cooked pasta into the pan and sauté the mixture with oil and garlic. Add parsley chips and pepper, then season with salt and pepper. Serve warm with parmesan cheese.
Cream of mushrooms and zucchini pasta

what do you need:

1/2 kilo pasta
Half a kilogram of mushrooms, thin slices
2 pcs. Zucchini, cut into slices and thin
2 garlic cloves, thin slices
2 thyme twigs
4 1/2 cups of water
2/3 cup green peas
1/3 cup grated parmesan
A quarter cup of heavy cream
Salt of Jewish law and ground black pepper, to taste
In a large saucepan, combine pasta, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, thyme, water and green peas. Stir the mixture well. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer and simmer over low heat until the pasta is tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. When ready, stir in parmesan and heavy cream. Serve immediately.
Spicy cheese and penne shrimp

what do you need:

Half a kilogram of shrimp, peeled and spindle
1 onion, thin slices
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cooked penne pasta
1/3 cup olive oil
Quarter cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
Half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and black pepper
In a large bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, sugar, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp to the bowl and stir the mixture over the mixture. Cover and cool for at least an hour. Cook the mixture of shrimp and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, until the shrimp is tender. Add the pasta to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir until heated. Serve with onion and parmesan.
